Every large event in India — a wedding with 600 guests, a pharma conference with 400 doctors, a hotel shuttle running 80 cars across a 3-day event — is managed with WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and phone calls. It works until it doesn't.

The first problem we saw clearly was transport billing. A typical wedding or conference with 200–500 vehicles across multiple vendors ends with 3–4 weeks of post-event reconciliation, disputed invoices worth ₹50K–₹5L per vendor, and zero evidence to arbitrate from. The vendor says 180 km. The organizer remembers 120. Neither is right. Nobody knows.

We built EVlo to fix that: every kilometre GPS-logged and odometer-photographed, every trip auto-reconciled, every bill computed from evidence — not from vendor memory. Then we saw the same chaos pattern in guest RSVPs (800 people, 40 phone calls, 60 errors by event day) and hotel blocks (40 rooms booked, 55 people showed up, 22 had no room). So we built RSVP and Stay.
