Is the 14-day trial really free? No credit card?

Yes — completely free. Your trial starts with email and phone verification only. No payment method is required. On day 12, we'll ask you to add a payment method so your subscription continues seamlessly after the trial ends.

Can I subscribe to only one module?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. EVlo, CTX-RSVP, and CTX-Stay are each priced and subscribed independently. You pay only for the modules you use.

Question 3

What happens if I use more events than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

Overage events are charged at the per-event rate for your tier (e.g., ₹3,500/event for EVlo Growth). Overage charges are invoiced at the end of each billing period for monthly plans, and monthly for annual plans.

Question 4

How does the bundle discount work?

Accepted Answer

When your subscription includes 2 active modules, a 10% discount applies to the combined total. With all 3 modules, you get 15% off. The discount is applied automatically at subscription creation — no coupon code needed. It stacks with annual billing savings.

Question 5

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time; the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Switching from annual to monthly is also possible; it takes effect at the end of your current annual period.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI AutoPay, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and eNACH (bank mandate) — all via Razorpay. UPI AutoPay is the fastest way to set up auto-renewal.

Question 7

Do prices include GST?

Accepted Answer

All prices shown on this page are pre-GST (taxable value). 18% GST is added on all invoices as per Indian tax regulations. Your invoice will show the base amount and GST separately (CGST + SGST for intra-state; IGST for inter-state).

Will I get a GST-compliant invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every charge generates a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN, your GSTIN (if provided), and all required line items. Invoices are available immediately in your billing dashboard and delivered to your registered email.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. For monthly subscriptions, access continues to the end of the current period — no refund for the remaining days. For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund is available within 30 days of purchase. What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your event data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export. After 30 days, data is anonymised per our retention schedule. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. You can request a bulk export before cancellation.

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current period on cancellation; access continues to period end. Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund for remaining months if cancelled within 30 days of purchase; no refund after 30 days. Overage charges are non-refundable once invoiced. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-subscription?

Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — your current-period entitlements remain at the higher tier.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or educational institutions?

We don't have a standard discount for NGOs or educational institutions at this time. If you're running a non-profit event, reach out via our contact page — we evaluate requests case by case.

My event has 500+ cars. Which plan do I need?

Accepted Answer

EVlo Scale supports up to 1,000 vehicles per event. For events with 200–1,000 vehicles, Scale (3 events/month included, ₹35,000/month or ₹3,48,000/year) is the right choice. Running more than 10 large events per year? Talk to us about a FLAT_UNLIMITED annual contract — no event caps, no overages.
