CTX-RSVP uses a channel escalation ladder: WhatsApp first, then an AI voice call, then a human-caller queue for VIPs and hard-to-reach guests. Guests who don't use WhatsApp at all are served by voice or by a human caller — no guest falls through a single failed channel.

Yes. You create your own templates in the admin portal and submit them to Meta for approval. CTX-RSVP provides a library of pre-approved, ready-to-use templates so you're not starting from scratch. On Scale, templates can be fully white-labelled.
